CodeConnect Staffing was founded by Samantha Van den Berg, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in People and Talent Management.
With a background spanning agency recruitment, in-house talent acquisition, and HR strategy, Samantha developed CodeConnect to bridge the gap between traditional recruitment services and strategic workforce advisory.
Her approach centres on understanding both the commercial needs of businesses and the professional aspirations of candidates — ensuring placements that are sustainable, aligned, and performance-driven.
